We think it needs to be a softer red, and I’ve ordered yet more paint samples to test that theory.
Zwartbles fibre being prepped. Not a lot of spinning has happened this week, but at least the Kiwi has found a resting place in the dining room, and I am making time to touch wool.
Zabava 2 are off the needles. I added a heel stitch, and find the heel is less sloppy when worn so I’ll probably continue doing that. These are going to my mother, along with Catherine McCauley (not Mrs McCauley, as I stated in the podcast), right, just as soon as they’re complete. So. Many. Forking. Cables.
Enchantment Under the Sea cushion, the first, is destined for Lilly’s bedroom. The large one, still in progress, will live here. Not naming names, but some cats have zero regard for my process.
David Kibbe’s Metamorphosis: discover your image identity and dazzle as only you can is one of the worst titles ever and, yes, the price of this book is insane. fortunately, there’s not long to wait until his book comes out. 7 January 2025 is the publication date.
