140 Wednesday to Wednesday

Rough week. Watching democracy almost die makes me cranky. There was a clear choice between donning the pants of crazy, OR hunkering down and making stuff. I chose the latter. I talk about the resulting makes, in glorious detail, in this podcast.

First up, the Metamorphic Dress, worn two ways.

I knew you could not live without seeing the amazing wedges of garter stitch, so…

I mentioned a lot of knitting patterns in this episode. Here they are:

Sous Sous, by Norah Gaughan

Inkwell, by Alice Caetano

Hallow Moon, by Dieuwke Schack-Mulligen

Funky Grandpa, by La Maison Rililie

and of course, Novus Jacket, by Laura Nelkin

I can highly recommend a visit to the The National Wool Museum, when next we are able to get out and about. Until then, the Museums and Galleries Wales gift shop is open for online orders. Do consider a purchase to help them out.

about

I’m a serial maker of podcasts, and many things that are not podcasts. I love playing with yarn, fibre and cloth. I will never accept that furniture in my living room only goes two ways. Almost every night, I dream about houses.
